We suggest bringing confortable swimwear. We encourage you to leave your shoes or sandals on the proper place that our staff indicates with the purpose of comfort and cleanness of the boat. During summer season we have days above 100 °F, therefore we suggest to wear a hat and sunglasses. During winter season we recommend to bring a light jacket with you because temperature falls down especially during mornings.
Please bring Biodegradable sunscreen: According to the Federal Laws that rules the Protected Natural Areas that you are going to be able to visit, tourists are only allowed to use biodegradable sunscreen. Bottle water (if possible) in order to avoid the garbage production, if you forget your bottle don’t worry we have glasses on board. Forget to bring beach articles, our staff will bring umbrellas, chairs, table, cooler, etc, all intended for our client´s best comfort.
If you don’t like our included food or in case of vegetarians, please get in touch with us and we will send you different options to replace our included meal; extra fees may apply for some of those options. Clients may bring extra food or extra beverage they want to, we don’t have a problem with that.
Liqueur beverages are forbidden for the whale shark tour. For the other tours, client may bring liqueur beverages but for the customer´s safety our staff is allowed to indicate the appropriate moment to stop drinking alcoholic beverages on board. Please avoid us the inconvenience to cancel the tour due to the lack of not respecting the drinking limits suggested by the crew.
Since we focused mainly on private tours, all of our trips are subject to reservation. Please make sure to properly make your reservation. As soon as payment is done you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation.
Right now we don’t have shuttle service to the Marina, however we seek to offer this service on a not too distant future. Our staff will meet you at Marina La Paz and will guide you to your boat. If you bring your car you can leave it outside the Marina any place at the street or in a parking lot that is next to the Marina.
On the event that you are a group of less than the required minimum and are not in the position for paying for a private tour, please send us an email and we will try to arrange a semi private tour with another group willing to share. Notwithstanding the above, semi private tours are subject to the availability of another group willing to share, therefore we cannot ensure the tour until we find an open group.
We want to guarantee to our customers a personalized experience; therefore we mainly focus on private tours, so that our staff is totally committed to the client´s service and needs. In order to guarantee a private tour a minimum of people is required according to each tour.
However, if you dont intend spending on a private tour, we can arrange a semi private tour; contact our manager through email or phone, we can put together something for you¡¡
We have 300 days of sunny and hot days each year in La Paz. Our average temperature is over 80 °F. However during winter we can find some windy and cold days that could interfere on your tour. When port is closed due to weather issues and your tour is cancelled, we will make sure to reschedule your tour or in a worst scenario a complete reimbursement will apply.
